Competition Rules:
BBQ grill/smoker must be constructed at LHS metalshop. Charcoal, wood, propane and electric are all
permitted. If you can dream it, you can build it. All of the food in this competition will be cooked on site on
the chosen day. Winners will be determined by a panel of judges and will be judged on the following criteria:
1. Overall appearance/quality of the custom made BBQ equipment
2. Taste/Presentation of a pork entrée
3. Taste/Presentation of a poultry entrée
4. Taste/Presentation of jerky (any meat goes!)
5. Taste/Presentation of a side dish
